When ever you come to Balugaon, must dine in Hotel Ruchi. It has two restaurants, and both are good. Affordable price with hygienic conditions.

We stopped at this place on our way back from Chilika, and we were pleasantly surprised by the food here. Overall, the taste was really good, and the prices were reasonable. We tried Prawn Masala, Crab Masala, Chicken Handi, Mughlai Chicken and Matihandi Mutton. Although breads were not able, the jeera rice that we ordered tasted great. They can definitely pay some attention towards cleanliness and hygiene. For example, they don't change table mats which I found were quite dirty. Also, tissues were not available. I think the place is worth trying at least once.
